Core Bookkeeping

Starting at $400 per month

Every business is different, so bookkeeping services are customized based on the size and complexity of your operations.

Core bookkeeping typically includes:

• Transaction categorization
• Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
• Ongoing QuickBooks maintenance
• Organized financial records for your accountant
• Monthly financial statements (Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet)

Your books are maintained consistently so your financial information stays accurate, current, and reliable.

Catch-Up Bookkeeping

If your books have fallen behind, we can bring everything up to date.

Catch-up work includes:

• Reconciling past bank and credit card accounts
• Identifying and correcting discrepancies
• Cleaning up prior bookkeeping issues
• Preparing accurate records for your accountant

Catch-up projects are quoted individually based on:

• number of accounts
• number of months behind
• transaction volume
• complexity of corrections required

Once everything is current, most clients transition into ongoing Core Bookkeeping.

Accounts Receivable (A/R)
Starting at $200 per month
Customer invoicing and tracking outstanding balances.

Accounts Payable (A/P)
Starting at $150 per month
Vendor bill entry and payment tracking.

Payroll Administration

Sales & Use Tax Filing
Starting at $100 per month

Audit Assistance
$200 per audit
Support for insurance or vendor audits.

Additional Meetings
$75 per hour

Ad-Hoc Support
$75 per hour
For services outside the scope of your bookkeeping plan.
